Just a trace of snow overnight. Yesterday track packed Independence Park. Radar shows moisture on its way from Seattle. Should have the web cam up by this weekend. 8-10 inches of new snow fell over night! Between 5am and 7am four inches fell and by 8 had tapered off. The forecast is for bands of snow to continue throughout the day at times expecting 3 to 5 inches per hour. No wind at this time but expected to be blustery later in the… (keep reading)

Two inches of snow over night. Still snowing on top but wet at the bottom. The forecast is for temperatures to begin cooling off tomorrow. Snow forms in clouds, where the temperature is below freezing, but snowflakes can fall even when surface temperatures are in the mid-40s.
