Lightly Falling

Posted on: December 26th, 2012 by Peg

8:50amUpdate….100% open, unlimited visibility, calm. Groomers reporting in this Wednesday morning at 5am with snow lightly falling. It has been coming down through the night and is forecast to continue off and on through the day today. Adding up to an inch of fluffy flakes. Visibility is reduced by the snow and the operators are not seeing the lights of Kalispell or stars above. Much like yesterday, when by opening visibility was unlimited, will report again when day has broken. Again the wind is calm and temperature 16 degrees. The snow is great for long cruising and carving, still finding stashes of powder in the trees with everyone loving the conditions.
