8:30 Update: Still trying to snow, it is light and the visibility is unlimited undergray sky with just a touch of wind on the top. Groomers reporting this Thursday morning of the holiday season with just a trace of new snow and snow lightly falling. This has been the pattern for the last few days, very fluffy flakes. Clouds are low with 300 ft of visibility on the top of the mountain, clear at the bottom. Check back at daybreak as each day by opening the clouds have lifted. Open top to bottom 100% and the conditions are great, again no wind and temps in the teens so dress warmly. The forecast is for light snow through the day. College students home for the break bring your student ID for the half day rate, same for passholders of other Montana Ski Areas.
