8:45am update: Unlimited visibility, 0-3 SW calm wind, 15 degrees. Groomers reporting in this Friday morning at 5 am with an inch of new snow on the 24 hour stake. Snow looked like it was going to get going good about 4am and then lightened up, forecast is again for off and on light snow. Clouds are hanging low with no chance to see the Long Night Moon, this months full moon also known as the Cold Moon. Temperatures are normal for the date 16 degrees at this hour and the wind is calm at 0-3 from the south. Expect cloud cover to lift as day breaks, check the web cam and we will report back around opening. Every day of the holiday season through January 6 we are open and the conditions are great.
