Clear skies this morning, no new snow overnight and 2 inches on the 24 hour. Tomorrow, Friday 12/18 is opening day! The forecast shows 100% chance of snow tonight continuing into the day. Two-three inches of new snow overnight, it is still sifting down lightly. Getting ready for our opening this coming Friday 12/18. Tomorrow night’s forecast looks good to bring fresh powder for the big day!

Saturday and over night snow left 6 inches of new most the way down slopes. Still thin at the bottom. No new snow overnight Sunday. Packing, building base and praying for snow.

Opening day is set for next Friday, December 18. We will open on our holiday schedule, every day through Sunday January 3rd. We recieved 3 inches of new snow in the past 24 hours and are reporting a settled base of 25 inches. The forecast calls for a slight chance of snow today and tomorrow… (keep reading)

12-10-15 Thursday

OPENING DAY is set for Friday, 12-18-15. The forecast looks good for snow in the coming days, we weathered the pineapple express this week and are going to gather more snow for a quality opening. Groomers are able to get out on the slopes today and are preparing the base with care.

Wednesday 12~9~15

Weather turned warm late yesterday and through the night with rain and wind. Temperatures have now cooled and snow has fallen off and on. We will evaluate snow conditions again tomorrow morning, staying off of slopes today, and see where we are with an opening date.

Tuesday 12~8~15

Snow continues to come our way, the overnight dump 7″ and a foot of new snow since Sunday. We are calling the settled base at 25 inches. We will be watching weather the next few days before making a decision about an opening date.
