- Look for the signs and, once in Lakeside, turn west at Blacktail Grocery.
- Follow the Blacktail Road 14 miles to the mountaintop.
Blacktail Mountain Ski Area is an easy 45 minute drive from downtown Kalispell, 2 hours from Missoula, and an hour and a half from Glacier Park International Airport and the train depot in Whitefish.
